Armed Forces Day, Carterton

Fifteen Cadets from Carterton Detachment including L/Cpl Maih, Carterton's Mayors Cadet, attended a parade at Carterton Town Hall on the request of Town Mayor Maxine Crossland.

The parade was in aid of Armed Forces Day, officially the 27th July. Jonathan Shaw MP, Minister for the South East, spoke to all cadets and was very impressed with their turnout and politeness.
