At a recent ceremony in Bicester Town Council's offices, the Chairman of Bicester RBL, Mr John Gilmore, and the Commandant of Oxfordshire ACF, Colonel David Carson, signed Affiliation Certificates between Bicester RBL and Bicester RLC Detachment, in the presence of Cllr Rose Startford, Mayor of Bicester.
